Quality Is Verified.
Not Assumed.

Andhra Meridian coordinates quality verification at every key stage of the sourcing and export process - from specification confirmation to pre-shipment inspection.

The Quality Gate System

A structured quality coordination framework applied to every sourced shipment.

Gate 01

Specification Confirmed

Product specification is confirmed in writing before any processing commitment.

Gate 02

Certificates Verified

Factory certifications are verified against buyer requirements before engagement.

Gate 03

Factory Capability Confirmed

Processing capability, capacity and quality systems are assessed for the specific requirement.

Gate 04

Production Quality Review

Quality documentation and in-process records are reviewed at key production stages.

Gate 05

Inspection Coordination

Third-party inspection is coordinated where required - pre-shipment, loading supervision or laboratory testing.

Gate 06

Container Loading

Loading supervision, temperature verification and container sealing are documented.

Gate 07

Documents Completed

All export documents are reviewed for accuracy before shipment departure.

Third-Party Inspection Coordination

Andhra Meridian works with recognised third-party inspection companies. The specific inspection scope - pre-shipment, during-loading or laboratory-based - is determined by buyer requirements.

Certification Standards

Andhra Meridian works with processors meeting buyer-required certification standards. Andhra Meridian does not claim to hold certifications that belong to individual processing facilities.

Certifications such as BAP, ASC, BRCGS, IFS, EU and FDA approvals are held by individual processing facilities. Andhra Meridian verifies these against buyer requirements before engagement.
