The buyer submits an exact specification through our structured RFQ system - species, product form, size, quantity, packaging, certifications, destination, incoterm, target shipment date and commercial terms.

Andhra Meridian reviews the full requirement - product specification, quantity, packaging, certification requirements, destination regulations, and commercial parameters.

Andhra Meridian identifies suitable Indian processing capabilities based on species, product form, certifications, capacity, quality systems and delivery timeline.

We obtain factory price, minimum order quantity, production capacity, lead time, packaging availability, payment requirements and logistics details from identified processors.

A structured commercial proposal is prepared for the buyer - including factory price basis, packaging, logistics, inspection, service coordination and all commercial components presented transparently.

Agreement, purchase order and payment / payment security requirements are finalised in writing between buyer and Andhra Meridian.

The processing partner executes production according to the agreed specification, packaging, labelling and quality requirements.

Quality documentation is reviewed. Independent third-party inspection is coordinated where required or requested by the buyer.

Container booking, reefer temperature setting, inland transport, customs clearance, export documentation and freight forwarding are coordinated.

Vessel departure, Bill of Lading issuance, export document delivery and shipment status updates are managed and communicated to the buyer.

Arrival at destination, final document delivery, any post-shipment requirements and shipment closure.
